Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Who We Are

These terms apply to services provided by AllTimeFave Digital, operated by Greg Lyttleton, based in the United Kingdom. By instructing us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

We provide the following services to UK businesses:

  • Website design and development
  • Google Business Profile (Google My Business) setup and optimisation
  • Website hosting and ongoing maintenance
  • Domain registration assistance
  • Business email setup

3. Quotes & Orders

All prices are as listed on our website unless agreed otherwise in writing. A project begins once we have received your completed intake form and your setup payment has cleared.

We will provide you with a preview of your website or Google Business Profile before anything goes live. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the content before launch.

4. Payment Terms

To protect both parties, all standard website projects are billed in two stages:

  • 50% deposit — due before work begins. Work does not start until this payment has cleared.
  • 50% balance — due on your written approval of the completed site, before it goes live on your domain.

Founder's Offer clients: Where agreed in advance, the full setup fee is due in a single payment on your written approval of the completed site. No payment is taken before the site is shown to you. This arrangement must be confirmed in writing before work begins.

The balance must be paid before the site is published. If payment is not received within 7 days of written approval, we reserve the right to take the preview site offline until payment is received.

Monthly hosting fees are billed on the same date each month. If payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, your site may be suspended until payment is received.

We accept bank transfer and major debit/credit cards. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Revision Policy & Preview Process

We follow a structured review process to ensure your site is exactly right before launch — and to keep the build efficient for both parties.

  • Once your site is ready, we will send you a private preview link to review before anything goes live on your domain.
  • Your setup fee includes two rounds of revisions.
  • Each revision round requires all feedback to be submitted in a single communication (email or WhatsApp). We will implement everything in one pass — drip-fed changes will count as a new round.
  • After both revision rounds, any further pre-launch changes are chargeable at our standard amendment rates (see Section 7).

Sign-off: Before going live, we require your written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) that you are happy with the site. This sign-off triggers the 50% balance payment and authorises us to publish the site to your domain.

Post-launch: Any changes after the site goes live are chargeable under Section 7, regardless of how many revision rounds were used during the build.

6. Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver completed websites and Google Business Profile setups as fast as 48 hours from receiving all required information from you. Delivery time depends on the complexity of your project and how quickly you provide your content. This is a target, not a guarantee — delays caused by incomplete information, change requests, or third-party verification processes (e.g. Google's verification) are outside our control.

7. Amendments & Changes

The setup fee covers the agreed scope of work as discussed before the project begins. Any changes requested after the project has been delivered are chargeable as follows:

  • Minor amendments (e.g. updating text, swapping a photo, changing a phone number): £25 per request
  • Standard amendments (e.g. adding a new section, a new service, or rewriting content): £50–£75 per request
  • Major amendments (e.g. redesigning a page, adding new functionality): quoted individually, typically £99+
  • Urgent same-day changes: the above rates plus 50%

Customers on the Hosting + Support plan (£25/mo) receive ongoing site support and maintenance. This covers keeping your site live, fast, and functioning correctly — including uptime monitoring, performance checks, and resolving any technical issues that arise with the hosting or site infrastructure. It does not include content changes (such as updating text, prices, photos or adding new sections); these remain chargeable at the rates above. Hosting + Support clients receive priority response times.

We will always confirm the cost before carrying out any chargeable amendment. No work will begin until approval is given in writing (WhatsApp or email is acceptable).

8. Your Responsibilities

To deliver your project, we need you to provide accurate and complete information including your business name, address, services, photos, and any other relevant details. Delays caused by incomplete information may affect your delivery time.

You confirm that any content (text, images, logos) you provide to us does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the website design and content created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain the right to show your project in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us in writing not to.

We may use third-party tools, fonts, or open-source code as part of your build. These remain subject to their own licences.

10. Google My Business

Google Business Profile setup is subject to Google's own verification process, which we have no control over. Verification timelines vary and may require you to receive a postcard at your business address. We cannot guarantee a specific verification timeframe.

We optimise profiles in line with Google's guidelines. Any changes Google makes to its platform or policies after our work is complete are outside our responsibility.

11. Hosting & Infrastructure

Hosting is provided through AllTimeFave Digital's professional hosting infrastructure. Clients are purchasing a managed hosting service — not access to, or an account with, any specific third-party platform. The tools and infrastructure used to deliver this service are at our discretion and may change without notice.

Monthly hosting keeps your website live, fast, and secure. Two plans are available: Hosting (£10/mo) — site kept live, SSL, and global CDN; and Hosting + Support (£25/mo) — everything in Hosting plus 24/7 monitoring, priority support, and technical issue resolution. Your hosting fee covers server infrastructure, SSL certificate, global content delivery, and ongoing platform maintenance.

Non-payment & suspension: If a monthly hosting payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend your website until the outstanding balance is paid. We will notify you by email before suspension. Your site and files are retained for 30 days after suspension before any action is taken.

Cancellation: To cancel hosting, please give us 30 days' written notice by email. No refunds are given for part-used months. On cancellation, we will provide you with your website files (HTML, CSS, images) within 7 days so you can move to another provider. We are not responsible for setting up or migrating your site elsewhere.

Domain names: Domain names registered through us are managed on your behalf. If you have paid the domain registration fee, the domain belongs to you and will be transferred to your control on request. Domain names registered independently by the client remain theirs at all times.

We reserve the right to terminate hosting immediately, without refund, if your site is found to contain illegal content or is used for spam, phishing, or any activity that violates UK law.

Third-party infrastructure: Our hosting service relies on professional cloud infrastructure operated by third parties. While we select reliable providers and monitor performance, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Outages, maintenance windows, or service disruptions caused by upstream infrastructure providers are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of this agreement. In the event of a significant outage, we will communicate updates and work to restore service as quickly as possible.

12. Limitation of Liability

We will always do our best to deliver a high-quality service. However, we are not liable for any loss of business, loss of revenue, or indirect damages arising from use of our services.

We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service disruption caused by third-party infrastructure providers, cloud platforms, DNS providers, domain registrars, or any other upstream service that our hosting relies upon. This includes but is not limited to outages, cyberattacks on infrastructure providers, or force majeure events (including power failures, natural disasters, or internet backbone disruptions).

We are not liable for any changes made by Google to its Business Profile platform, search algorithms, or ranking factors that affect the visibility or performance of a client's Google listing.

Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the preceding 3 months.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active hosting customers of significant changes by email. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
